    Vista La Cigale is a future palace perched on a 70m high cliff block and designed by Wilmotte. Personal responsibility to follow half of the MEP bodies including the most complex technical zones: seven kitchens and seven swimming pools. Envelope of several million euros for the whole and management of 100+ expected at peak. Creation of all the management tools for monitoring execution studies and work for the entire project. Responsibilities included:- Follow up of technical companies & execution drawings- Project meetings coordination and minutes- Assessment of the technical feasibility of the project- Oversight of electrical, heating and cooling power balance calculation notes- Client proposal for technical improvement of the project

    In charge of the combined refurbishment and restructuration of the Wellfare Facilities & Spa of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel London. Envelope of a few million pounds to negotiate eleven subcontracting agreements in British Law. Management of 70 people with N-3 at peak capacity. Unique LPS planning strategy on site to catch up with 5 weeks of initial client delay. The whole period went from strip out to snags repairs after handover. BIM and 3D scanning were used to optimise the quality of the works.Responsibilities included: - Site surveys prior to strip out (Structural, Visual assessments & MEP testing) - Planification & operational strategy - Budget financial management - Site management of all subcontractors (Structure, MEP & Finishes) - Client relationship - Factory visits for the furniture millwork - Internal training initiative

    Developed the external infrastructure of the new Epic Generation crowdfunding website while laying out the strategic framework of its development and brand positioning for 2017.Coordinated the international events strategy of the foundation and structured their short term project management programs.     Worked as a structural engineering intern inside the headquarters of Vinci Construction in Paris, for their society STRUCTURES Ile de France which is specialized in the design of towers and iconic buildings like museums.My work involved an actual project to be built in Bordeaux. I learned to create 3D models in the software Robot (Autodesk) and performed the structural analysis of a building in seismic regions. Learned how to extract the results from my model and use them to design the reinforcement scheme inside the different members forming the structure (beams, columns and mat foundation design).
