This includes staff reorganization, purchase / merging of assets, customers and employees from several companies, development and implementation of software to manage the new business. Deepwell Energy Services, LLC is now the largest oil field service company in North America with annual revenues of $300M employing nearly 2000 employees. Operations include logistics / brokerage, fluid transportation / disposal , heavy haul transportation, construction and traffic control.

    Responsible for maximizing the operating performance / achieving the financial goals for a $200 million Transportation business serving Fortune 500 organizations. Summary:Oversee all operating activities for 1100 tractor fleet / 1500 employee / 13 service center transportation company.Successfully supervised and managed all restructure efforts that took place as a result of the purchsae of FFE in August, 2013. This included staff reorganization, merger of the truckload assets to a "sister" company, software conversion efforts (including fuel purchasing, mobile communications, shop maintenance), renegotiation of vendor contracts, revamping and implementation of a greatly improved lease to own equipment program, etc.Identify, design and implement technologies that improve our financial position by reducing operating costs and maximizing efficiency. Maintenance Department Summary:Oversee all shop activities for 1400 tractor / 2000 trailer fleet, including supervision of 90 member maintenance staff.Reduced equipment maintenance costs by improving the efficiency of Company owned shops resulting in less maintenance activities being performed over the road at “retail” shop locations.Expanded range of Company owned shops to allow performing of “retail” repair work for non-KLLM equipment. This expansion has evolved KLLM’s Maintenance department into a revenue producing entity.Manage $17 million annual shop budget.Information Services Department Summary: Oversee all IT and telecommunications activities in high-volume, 24x7 environment, including supervision of 9-member technical team and coordination of programming and technical activities involving network, hardware/software applications. Improved efficiency and lowered costs by installing and integrating numerous software packages (Infor Financials, Rand McNally truck routing, Qualcomm GPS, etc.) into KLLM's computer systems.Successfully converted software applications for two separate subsidiaries to the Corporate computer systems resulting in improved efficiency and consistent analysis of Divisional performance.Improved Company's ability to analyze and report Financial and Operations data in a concise, timely manner by designing and implementing a Corporate wide data warehousing system.
