You have been working with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd as a Sr. Zonal Sales Manager for the Respiratory - SHWAS Division since September 2012, and I have achieved a lot during your tenure. I re-launched the division with a base of 2.5 lakh and have grown it to PCPM 43 lakh of the zone. I have focused on team building and the zone achieved the NO.1 position in Pan India from 2014-2015 till 2017-2018.I was promoted from Zonal Sales Manager to Sr. Zonal Sales Manager in 2016, and I have created many leaders from the team to DSM and DSM to ZSM in the last 5.5 years. I have also launched DIGIHALER, the world's first digital inhaler, and the zone is No. 1 in this brand. I have developed and designed pre and post-launch concept selling campaigns, creating buzz about the Tail off phenomenon, the 7 Wonders of Digihaler, used augmented reality for in-clinic launch, and even created a digital toll-free Digihaler helpline, and team and Dr. Launch videos.I was also part of the core activity for Airtec FB-G Summit India, which was adopted as the cluster-level campaign for three divisions in FY1415. The zone is No-1 in this brand and still growing day by day. You were also part of the event management of in-house CMEs like Pulmo-Onco meet, G Summit, IPW, and NAPCON.I have achieved so much in terms of awards and recognition. 90% of your team members are part of the International Star Award from 2015 till 21017. I have successfully handled business in odds like GST month and demonetization and controlled team attrition during this period.
