    This company was a school first, but then it became an agency also. We ran different lectures and courses, workshops, webinars etc. Then my agency Nich changed its name and became Molotok. We held many events, our topics were: marketing, PR, management, Project Management, Design, Creative, Soclial Networks Promotion, YuoTube, Psychology, SEO, PPC, Adobe Photoshop, presentation creating and many others. Among our speakers were: Alexander Kolb (Managing partner of Promodo), Dmitry Olaresko (CEO of Betroot), Tanya Postavna (Producer of Orel and Reshka TV Show), Alexandr Gritsenko (ex Senior Project manager in "GlobalLogic Ukraine") and other amazing people. So what was I responsible for in Molotok Space and Molotok Agency: - Creating and running new events (planning, searching for speakers, agreements, preparing, logistics, registrations, providing comfort and high level of knowledge during the events, reviews, e-mails etc.).- Managing of events calendar;- Company marketing and PR (social networks posting, budgeting, e-mails composing and sending, analysing, planning of activities, etc.);- Partnerships and collaborations;- Hiring people, personal growth planning, solving everything about people;- Searching clients for space and coworking zone rent;- Supporting events that were provided by our clients (technical part, catering, climate and oher types of assistance);- Creating and leading my own certification course "Social Media Marketing for beginners" (2 months program). I was managing the whole websites developing, creating web-design and corporate identity.In 2017 I bought this agency and worked under Nich's brand. I was responsible for the same things I mentioned above but also I had to take new responsibilities as an owner: client search, hiring workers, planning sales, income and outcome, marketing, partnerships and collaborations and etc.
