    Construction Manager for Pier G Administration and Operations Buildings at Port of Long Beach, California. The contract documents required achieving LEED Silver Certification. The Operations Building is 30,000 square foot (2,787 square meter) was completed in May 2011 and occupied and achieved LEED Gold Certification. The Administration Building is 46,000 square foot (4,274 Square Meter) and is in finishing stage and the reports will be submiited for LEED Gold Certification. The Operations Building was complete before I joined Parsons Brinckerhoff. The administration Building is in finishing phase and punchlist is being developed.
