    Recognized for spearheading development of evidence-based leadership development programs. Transitioned from Senior Fellow at the Academy of Leadership (2008-2009) to the Co-founder of the Results Based Leadership Collaborative (RBLC). The RBLC was established to examine an emerging collaborative leadership theory of change, build the capacity of program staff to implement Annie E. Casey Leadership in Action Programs (LAP), provide data to support quality improvement for LAPs, and to disseminate findings to industry leaders.
