Make a catch up plan to secure the project recover and be done on schedule.4、Assist the team to solve the technical problems, double check the verification test and align the test result with the R&D team.5、Monitor the requirement change/design change that will make impart to the schedule. Update the project plan in line with the team.6、Monitor and check the product quotation/tooling quotation on each milestone review meeting.7、Collect all the project files and place on file.8、Persistently optimize the R&D process and make it more and more efficient.9、Assist sales to do some commercial activities.10、Promote the team to study persistently and to upgrade the project management skills.
