    •Responsible for receiving/reviewing and process PR assigned by Procurement coordinator, checking that the PR has been correctly filled, with right quantity/specification as possible with proper donor code and it has been authorized by the budget holder.•Prepare necessary request for quotation (RFQ), ITB & RFP for all required supplies, service and works with all specifications, indicating closing dates to receive offers/bids in timely manner.•Liaise closely with finance department concerning payment of suppliers for the goods/services delivered in timely manner and making sure that all procurement paperwork is kept both in soft copy and hardcopy for future reference during auditing purpose.•With strict adherence to GOAL rules and regulations, receive quotations for local procurement requirements and prepare a bid on the quotations and make recommendations to award a contract/purchase order, prepare required purchase orders (POs) ensuring correctness and details of specifications, for quantities and financial information submit it for approval.•Liaise with requesters/Budget Holders to develop specifications to ensure that project relate purchases are reviewed and approved by programmed managers.•Ensure compliance with GOAL procurement policies and in-country SOP’s, assisted in the maintenance of the vendor roster, and participate in market surveys as required to identify potential suppliers in the market.•Assist Procurement Coordinator in the creation of FWA’S in accordance with instructions from the Logistics Coordinator and Country Director System.• Responsible for maintaining supplier’s database and procurement order tracking sheet OTS in daily basis. •Responsible for maintaining and update procurement files often as required for easy reference and follow up during auditing by internal/external auditor.
