Manages University Recruiting for the Surface Systems Division for the Sales and Marketing Training Program and the Technical Development Program for engineers and supports the Cameron Corporate university recruiting programs.TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT: Establish development plans for key talent across the Surface Systems Organization. Implement and manage global Technical Competency Development program for engineers. Rollout and manage the ETCL for Surface Systems division. Implement use of the LMS across the division. Establish and manage a Sales Competency program for Sales & Aftermarket. Develop and manage a Surface Leadership competency program. Support Corporate Leadership Development programs.
