    As an employee at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, I've been enriched with qualities that aid me in customer service, community outreach, computer skills, and so much more. I currently work as the details secretary at The Villages location. I aid in handling calls, contacting families, doctors and anyone else who will be a part of servicing our families. I also make death certificates, prepare documents, handle memorial packages, and assist funeral directors with their needs. With the Life Tributes department, I helped to make a memorial tribute package of a loved one's life. This includes editing and renovating pictures with Photoshop, adding background themes, images, theme music, and transitions to images for videos. As well as making memorial folders, cards and other memorial items. With the funeral home, I prepare the room being used for funeral services by cleaning, setting up flowers, mementos, refreshments, and life tributes packages. I've learned a lot from working here and I am very great full to everyone who has helped me grow in this profession.
