As well as that, I am currently working on the new AI Chatbot, Sara, writing dialogues and constantly improving the information Sara has access to in order to accelerate the machine learning process. I am also working to implement voice control via Google Home within the product. This involves the use of Power BI and other data analysis software in order to highlight existing gaps and find out how Sara can best address them.

    I am a management trainee at Medtech Global where I work closely in the customer services department using Microsoft CRM to help ensure seamless integration of Medtech in clinical environments in both Australia and New Zealand. I also work with marketing and customer service teams within Medtech to produce SEO content for newsletters, websites and other electronic platforms for both the Australian and New Zealand markets. I am currently working on creating Knowledge Base content for a new product launching in Ireland, and working closely with Product Managers and other management trainees in order to produce and maintain the customer help portal.

    I volunteer every February at the Shri Anandpur Charitable Hospital in Sukhpur, India. The hospital facilitates a non-profit orthopaedic surgical camp. I work with medical professionals to triage patients, transcribe notes and work to solve rural patient health issues. I also provide elementary child care for child patients on the general ward, as well as working with the onsite physiotherapy department providing rehabilitation assistance to patients.
