The General Medical Council regulates the medical profession in the UK and it aims to promote and ensure high standards of medical practice. I have been a member of the adjudication panel and decide whether the doctors performance has been seriously deficient. I continue to act as lay member on the adjudication panel of the GMC I set and oversee compliance of good medical practice in both private and public sector healthcare, ensuring a fair handling of complaints and grievances. Hold medical professionals accountable to their actions conducting processes of approvals openly and transparently. I Uphold the values and rules of the medical profession.
