    Associated with Pilkhani Distillery Chemical Works as General Manager (Unit Head) in July 2008 for Pilkhani Distillery & Chemical Works, Saharanpur. Before joining, the unit was closed for more than a year by CPCB for non compliance of directions & the various complaints from local M.P. & M.L.A. in writing to Ministry of Environment. With effective liaison with CPCB & UPPCB the unit was allowed to operate within two months i.e. from September 2008 without any condition of reduced capacity operation. Also developed cordial relations with the local M.P. & M.L.A. along with the local Pradhan etc. for smooth operations of the unit. & ensured that no further complaints were made in the records of UPPCB & complied with all the directions of CPCB for trouble free operations of the unit. The distillery was operated in its full installed capacity of 40KLPD producing RS, ENA of first class grad, bottling one lac cases of IMFL & CL per month besides producing & selling fresh and matured malt spirit. Beside the above unit has tie up arrangement with United Spirits Limited producing 12 lac cases of IMFL per annum.

    Joined Jagatjit Industries Limited as Senior Manager (Unit Head) for Grain based distillery at Bulandshahr, U.P. & turned around this sick unit to a profitable one. Was instrumental in resolving all major IR problems in spite of having political involvement of unions with the local leaders. Effectively handled all the sensitive & government issues related to labor, Excise & Pollution matters at CPCB & UPPCB. Was instrumental in running the unit to its full capacity along with IMFL production of 8 lac cases per annum. Also made responsible was all manufacturing related activities to own bottling unit at Distt. Alwar Rajasthan producing 1.5 lac cases per month.Joined Radico Khaitan Limited as Senior Manager for new up coming own IMFL bottling unit at Reengus (Sikar), Rajasthan. After executing the project, the unit was operated in full capacity and then handed over to process team within six months. Later on assigned to other two new up coming project for pet bottle manufacturing & IMFL bottling at Kashipur, Uttranchal. Both the units were commissioned in record time of six months and handed over to process team.
