• As a Management Trainee intern at Mercedes-Benz Silver Star, I am working with in the marketing and operations departments • Marketing department involved in brand management and add campaign management of Mercedes-Benz Silver Star in leading social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Also conducting events such as display activities and customer drive experience ( AMG Drive Weekend) • The operations department is in charge of scheduling drivers' manpower, coordinating deliveries, tracking automobiles from the factory to the showroom, and planning the best location for the stock yard. • Working with the CRM team for a week taught me about lead generation through contacting, assigning leads to sales consultants, tracking leads, delivery management, and follow-ups for customer feedback after a week of delivery. • Additionally, under the direction of Lead Sales General Manager M. Sai Kumar (General Manager - Mercedes Benz Silver Star), I learned the Retail of the Future sales procedure and acquired knowledge of a variety of Mercedes-Benz products, from the A-class to the Maybach, and I participated in various assessments based on my product knowledge. In the course of my internship, I participated in numerous car test drives with sales consultants, gained firsthand knowledge of the luxury features of various models, and attended more than 26 deliveries, all of which helped me to better understand the customer experience, customer satisfaction, and customer requirements.
