    Coordinated a team of 20 students on the essentials of project formation with an eye on social entrepreneurship. Worked on 3 projects - Raah (organising the cobbler community amd streamlining the service under the brand of Jooton ka Garage), Madaari (helped create a model to help traditional magicians supplement their income) and Abyaan ( focused on hygiene and sanitation its based on a zero waste model where we used waste cooking oil to make soaps and luxury soaps using Goat Milk)Abyaan is currently under talks for a collaboration with a district officer in Punjab government.

We worked on the cost analysis, forecasting revenues and finding new channels for profits, and collecting market data as to check the response of the product/service by the target group
