    Dedicated to driving positive and visionary change in the realm of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) recovery, I am the Founder and President of Momentum In Recovery, a Wisconsin-based 501(c)(3) organization. We believe in the power of community-driven support and empowerment. Our mission:🍲 Addressing Food Insecurity: We are deeply committed to supporting individuals transitioning out of homelessness by providing vital nutritional resources, nourishing meals, and empowering education on the importance of food as a love language and foundation for physical and mental well-being. 🚫 Ending Overdose and Reducing Shame & Stigma: Join us as we honor the world’s largest campaign to #EndOverdose. Every year in Madison on 8/31, we’ll host an event on International Overdose Awareness Day and lead the charge to raise awareness about the devastating consequences of drug overdose.     ● Served as the key liaison and orchestrator for the CEO, fostering cross-organizational team communication between Marketing, Business Dev, Subscribers, PR, Clinical, and Compliance to strategically plan short and multi-year visions, preserving the brand ethos of treating the whole person (and not just symptoms) of mental & behavioral health disorders. ● Developed the framework and buildout of peer support platform Lionrock.life, overseeing cross-organizational teams to extend care options for people in recovery and individuals on Medicare/Medicaid who faced financial barriers to traditional programs, enhancing accessibility and services for over 13k individuals.● Directed the program development of a cutting-edge Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy program, harnessing the resurgence of Psychedelic Therapy to treat co-morbidity symptoms of Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Ensuring ethical standards and regulatory requirements US-wide, ultimately positioned the organization at the forefront of progressive mental and behavioral health treatment options when addressing PTSD, anxiety, depression, cravings, and triggers associated with SUD. ● Collaborated closely with CEO and VP to establish strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations. Created a significant increase in organic leads, ultimately reducing CAC. Oversaw the creation of integrity-focused client-facing marketing materials and SEO/SEM campaigns including email marketing, social media content, and website copy.● Orchestrated quarterly off-site meetings for key executives and advisory council members consisting of leading C-suite healthcare professionals.
