    Led the vision and execution in redeveloping the local city business incubator into a full-service entrepreneur center, serving the region. Mentored individual businesses to provide expertise and solutions tailored to each unique business. During my tenure, businesses being mentored contributed $3.5 million annually to the local economy and added 17 jobs.

Oversaw all international systems audit efforts and insured effective remediation was accomplished. As an expat in Brazil, I led in-country IT directors in the effort to integrate three separate Brazil systems into the Wal-Mart systems. As a manager and senior manager, I led multiple teams of mainframe application programmers to develop and support key Distribution, Finance and Operational Reporting initiatives, yielding real bottom line savings to the company. Directed the transformation of the aviation department. As a systems analyst, created a new freight receiving process and equipment suite still used in all Wal-Mart distribution centers.
