As a Senior Account Manager, I work with 250 B2B and B2C clients to help them maximize the value of their invoice to cash process with the goal of ensuring their highest satisfaction. In addition, I directly impact revenue at Billtrust and expand Billtrust’s footprint in these accounts by selling add-on modules and products. This is accomplished with a mix of onsite meetings, web meetings, trade shows and conferences as well as regularly occurring conference calls and emails. I am also required to analyze and assess gaps where the client may not be utilizing the full feature list or gaining full benefits from the suite of Billtrust solutions. As the client’s advocate inside Billtrust, I work closely with Product Management, Project Management, Client Services and other stakeholders to ensure we are delivering and meeting client expectations.
