    At Green Custard, I have the opportunity to engage with the customer from the beginning till the end of the project. On the technical side, I am responsible for architecting solutions, writing discovery documents, scope the implementation effort, project management leading and following through with projects from beginning to delivery.I am also responsible for conducting technical interviews. Alongside another colleague, we have planned, carefully selected technical questions and put in place an online exercise so that we could streamline the hiring process and be fairer to candidates.As a consultant, I have worked with a huge variety of companies, from startups to industry leaders. Most relevant projects:- Lead a project for Cambridge Univerity Press - Education Industry - Speach recognition to encourage students to speak English.- Lead for Cambridge Assessment - Education Industry - Migrate platform with more than 150k active users to another AWS Account with security best practices and no downtime. - VMWare Tanzu Service Mesh - Cloud Innovation - Worked alongside VMWare's Innovation team and was responsible for implementing a test harness for load, performance and stability testing for a VMWare project using Kubernetes clusters and hybrid solutions. - Martin Engineering - IoT project - I led a project to create a data lake and data analysis that collects telemetry across five regions across the globe, centralises and provides engineers good dashboards with the fleet status.
