In year 2014 Ananta group decided to implement Lawson/ Infor M3 as there ERPImplementation was challenging since the company is not matured to the ERP culture. New solution was implemented across four factories located in four different geographical locations. Project went live with 300 users and 10 modules in all four locations in February 2015. As a responsible for the board I have to justify the new recruitments, change of certain process and project procurements. During the formation of core team has to interview around 800 candidates to select competent team.
