• Over all saw day-to-day operations of facility with a membership of 400+ that included an 18 hole golf course, state of the art tennis courts, swimming pool, and three restaurants. • Directly involved with the $5.25 million renovation and expansion of Clubhouse. • Supervised front of the house staff. Developed member dining, banquet, and catering menus as well as created extensive wine menu. • Assisted Golf Pro Shop with marketing merchandise. • Responsible for orchestrating all member events and scheduling of entertainment.• In charge of decorating clubhouse for all member events including: Children’s Halloween Ball, Men’s & Woman’s Golf Invitational, and all holidays. • Directed all operations in absence of general manager.
