PAYROLL• Process weekly payroll through Chris 21,ensuring all staff information is accurate and salary and allowances payments are correctly made• To analyse and maintain some specific financial data and records such as leave entitlements, salary sacrifice, staff salary deductions, staff loan• Processing superannuation, group certificates and monthly reconciliations• Preparing year end payment summaries and all other year end requirements• Processing timesheets and termination and redundancy payments• Keeping up to date with employment and tax legislation, and superannuation requirements• Producing payroll reports• Work to deadlines while providing high quality payroll services & human resources clerical supportFINANCE • Assist Finance Manager monitor, analysis, and reporting of the budget, research and analyse data and produce information and reports as well as interpreting and apply financial policies, guidelines and procedures.• Prepare accruals and pre-payment schedules to assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, particularly: Accruals, pre-payments, car leasing, Shell analysis, Telstra analysis, Citylink analysis, Ricoh analysis and Cabcharge analysis.• Generate necessary reports required to perform monthly reconciliation such as cash, Accounts Payable Ageing Report and Accounts Payable General Ledger Trial Balance.• Analyse and maintain some specific financial data and records such as mobile phone usage, Shell card, Citylink and other similar records in Excel.• Petty cash responsibilities – weekly banking responsibilities, daily balance and weekly reconciliation of petty cash and petty cash advance follow ups.• Assist Finance Manager with reporting of repairs, maintenance and insurance, updating fixed asset register and reconciling fixed asset register with physical assets held by all programs.• Accounts Receivable responsibilities • Processing all operating and brokerage financial transactions of complex nature
