After many years of visiting self serve wine bars and several attempts at trialling systems at my house for friends and family I discovered Enomatic wine dispensers. This testing showed they were world class products and we determined to use them as the basis for a new type of wine venue in Brisbane. Developed from the ground up and custome built Winology Brisbane was started in December 2022 and has been hugely successfull in the short time since opening.
