    RECRUIT• Support posting for vacancies• Prepare job application form for candidates to interview• Check candidate information (if necessary)• Contact candidates to prepare for the interview• Store candidate's CV by department and update candidate information on the master fileLABOR RELATIONSHIP• Support new employees to receive jobs such as arranging personal lockers, name plates, uniforms, shoes and ATM cards• Inform HRM of all matters related to labor relations• Participate in the organization of activities of the Human Resources Department for the company's employees, including but not limited to: Birthday Party, Employee of the Month, Employee of the Year, Children's Day, Women's Day, Party End of the yearSALARY AND BENEFITS• Check Timekeeper and output data from Timekeeper• Make Timesheet with uniform data from Timekeeper• Implement insurance related regimes (Social insurance, accident insurance, etc.)• Register Personal Tax Code and reduce family circumstances for Employees if required• Update Employee Information Sheet periodically• Prepare weekly and monthly New Employee, Leave and Vacancies reportsTRAIN• Ensure Company Introduction and Job Orientation Training is conducted as scheduled and requiredSMALL ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS• Ensure that the documents in the Employee's file are properly and adequately stored (Example: interview records, ID cards, medical certificates, etc.)• Monthly check of staff stationery and uniforms• Make Purchase Requisition if necessary to ensure Stationery and staff uniforms are always ready to be delivered to employees for use• Answer the phone and archive the message if necessary
