    As a Dexcom Ux Design Intern, I created and led a project to research and design retrospective data platforms for users of continuous glucose monitors (CGMs). From my remote office, I set an independent schedule of research and iteration following double-diamond design methodology. Highlights of my projects include:⠙ Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to build and launch a survey to ~4,500 CGM users on UserZoom. Created and conducted two rounds of remote interviews (n = 12) with CGM users.⠙Create empathy maps, competitive analysis, personas, and use cases to understand the problem space and define a problem statement⠙ Iterative design process using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and analog materials.⠙ Dissemination of research results, final designs and accompanying materials, and recommendations via extended presentation to internal stakeholders and customers.
