    - Packaging Manager:• Develop new product: Get information from final packaging meeting with customer. Then cooperate with printer to make design. Make sure all designs launch on time. Manage multi projects at the same time with different customers in the other countries. Make plant, timeline, schecule and follow them to make sure the project on time. Assign task to relate departments. Identify packaging method and suitable supplier. Work with suppliers to get the test sample.  Check sample and measure size with QA Dept. and modify if needed  Trial with new packaging material and new packaging equipment. Follow up the trial run. Record the prolem and give solutions.  Make sure all packaging component is OK before mass production Specifications management, documents management(ISO, HACCP, BRC).• Follow design of new production• Support QA Dept. and production Dept.• Responsibility for all packaging in factory- Report direct to General Director.- Purchasing:• Implement purchasing policy and purchasing for the plant.• Maintain the old supplier and always looking for the new supplier with a more reasonable price and better quality• Responsible for the buying packaging in local and oversea consider company requirements regarding quality, quantity, price, …• Follow up delivery progress of the purchase and ensure on time deliveries• Manage and arrange the return of rejected material to supplier for replacement• Cost control: manage quotation, negotiate for assigned items at the most economical prices at the highest quality and suitable delivery terms. Variable cost and fixed cost control.

    Main duties:- Quality productions• Prepare and issue the regulations related to quality• Follow technique, the process of checking quality of products in the first purchase and make sure it correct• Handle the issues arising in parts of allowed power• Check the final artwork files (correct if any mistakes) before passing to production• Support other departments (planning, customer services, production…) if any problems in the processing.• Report to the Board of Directors the problems beyond the power to solve them.• Storage, control records and documents and all other related responsibilities ... - Support Marketing Dept.:• Analyse sample: structures, printing, materials, content, process, method…• Make sample before bulk production• Follow the trial production of new items, follow the result and send the new samples,specifications to clients- Develope new products: (materials, machine, technology, methods…)• Read and interpret relevant documents• Survey products on the market.
