I started at the ground level during the initial construction of the plant. I have 8 years of experience working on the floor in a Class 10000 Clean Room operating machinery to acid wash, soak, dry, and package polysilicon. I was promoted to Chief Operator in 2005 to be the supervisor for the processing in the Clean Room as well as the machining and crushing process to size the material into product specifications. In 2009, I was promoted to an administrative role of training operators and managing the day to day operations of finished product as well as supervising and planning the maintenance activities associated with updating and repairing equipment necessary to continue processing product without mechanical delay.
