Later moved into a role in a Data Center that ran servers for several operations throughout the company. Moved into a management position that supervised several people as we interacted with various local telephone companies to determine how better to manage the divestiture of property and call offices as Ma Bell separated from baby Bells. Moved into a management position for the Human Resource needs for a division at AT&T. Interacted with the CWA union and produced and presented budgets for that position.
