    I joined RBLI in 2004 as a Recruitment Exec but in early '05 I became Team Leader and soon after that Programme Manager, managing the incredibly successful NDDP contract until the cessation of the contract in 2008. I then went on to manage the Pathways to Work contract as Regional Manager across Sussex, Surrey & Kent and became a part of the RBLI - ES Senior Operational Team.

From here I went on to an Area Manager secondment covering North London & Essex and when the secondment finished I was given an area of my own, which was South London and Sussex. During my time here my performance won many accolades, such as best performing store and 3 consecutive years of winning the Company standards award.
