FTC and LDC • Participate in project meetings • Manage induction, on-boarding and probation process, incl. site • Creation & maintenance of job descriptions together with managers• Creation & maintenance of policies and procedures • Manage termination & demobilisation process • Provide IR support including disciplinaries and grievances • P&O reporting • With line managers identify, prepare, and effect the succession plan • Oversee Training & Skills Development • P&O Support incl. project & construction sites within EMEA • Manage Employee Wellness Program • Manage Benefit providers i.e. Provident Fund and Medical Aid. Management rep. on provident fund • Coordinate grading committee & other forums.• Manage P&O Administrator & receptionist. Oversee P&O admin through P&O administrator • Together with managers facilitate Performance Development & Review process• Payroll interface• Special projects as required
