    Tracey McCabe is President & CEO of the Farm Credit System’s Funding Corporation. The Farm Credit System is a privately held cooperative with a balance sheet in excess of $500 billion. It is a mission based, government sponsored entity which funds America’s agriculture and rural infrastructure. The Funding Corporation is responsible for all debt issuance of the System, the derivative portfolio associated with the System debt, and the production of the System Financial reports. It manages the System’s relationships with investors, rating agencies, the U.S. Treasury, and the New York Federal Reserve. In addition to her responsibilities as CEO, Ms. McCabe sits on the System’s President Planning Committee, Risk Management Committee, Finance Committee, and Business Practices Committee.

While at Goldman, she served on the firm’s Pan-Asian Operating Committee, Credit Policy Committee, Structured Products Committee, and Business Practices Committee.
