Align Nexus was a new company in the Align Group from 2015. As a part of the management team our task was to win EPCI contracts within Aligns field: Technical Safety ( Safety Automation, active firefighting and pump systems). The Nexus model was to combine the experts within Align and the contractor specialist to do upgrade projects for the operators. The job included direct sales work, strategtic planning, leading all the sales and marked activities and coordination of sales activities across the other Align compnies. The position also lead the board of sales directors and was responsabile for the marketing budget across the companies. Align Nexus was 01.01.17 merged into Origo Solutions AS. In this job I was able to use my door knocking ability as well as tactical and strategic work method. We won contracts with Wintershall and Det Norske as well as a pair of upgrade projects in an extremely tough marked following the downturn in the Norwegian oil industry.
