    I’m accountable for advising organizations on the subject of on-campus recruitment and best practices, in particular through work integrated learning programs such as the University of Alberta’s (U of A’s) International Student Work Experience Program (ISWEP), the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences (ALES) Internship Program and the Faculty of Arts Work Experience (AWE) Program. I’m also accountable for the coordination of recruitment activities for these programs involving their marketing, development, delivery and evaluation, along with student career development education and facilitation.Together with the other members of the Employer Relations team I work to build and maintain positive working relationships with employer clients as well as seeking new work experience opportunities for our students and attracting new employers to recruit on campus.
