    Managing such an iconic and multi-purpose centre such as Beaton Park was a great thrill and opportunity. Aspects of the role I enjoyed most......- Managing a team of almost 100 staff across a wide variety of disciplines, backgrounds and skill sets.- Exploring opportunities to increase the commercial focus of the businesses in order to maximise results across various KPI's.- Working in such a dynamic and all-encompassing role it was essential for me to work well with a diverse range of colleagues and stakeholders both internally (WCC) and externally. So many experiences driving personal and professional growth. Never a dull moment!
