I respond to web leads in a timely manner with accurate pricing and vehicle availability. Price quotes are sent via email and include all advertised rebates. Once the quote is sent I follow up with an immediate phone call with the intention of scheduling an appointment for the customer to come in to the dealership. If no contact is made, follow up continues for up to 90 days via email and phone calls. If/when contact is made, typical conversations include counseling on the vehicle of interest, gathering data about any trade vehicles, ensuring the customer that 100% Satisfaction is our No. 1 goal! Other duties include training all new hires for my department, running Month End Sales Reports to help management calculate commissions; and troubleshooting any CRM issues that come up.
