I started with Adecco in January 2008 as a Temporary Contracts Recruiter in the Public and Private Sector in the UK. Moving on to the Commercial Recruitment Desk in June 2009. My previous role was amended in August 2011. I was responsible for Commercial Client and Associate Liasion & Specialist & Emerging Markets development. I assisted with recruitment for our Senior Consultants on the Temporary desks in the Public and Private Sectors throughout Northumbria & Tyneside on our Commercial and Industrial Desks. Research and Develop Lead Generation for our Consultants in new and existing markets to follow up and from Candidates, Media, Job Boards & Internet. Payroll up to 90 Temporary Staff on a weekly basis. Liaise with our Clients HR Departments to ensure a Smooth HR Service including Sickness Records, Disciplinary, welfare issues and issuing P45's and other documentation like timesheets and payslips. Research and Source potential candidates on internal and external databases including Linked In, Twitter and telephone or email them to enquire if they are interested in the vacancy. Telephone screening of potential candidates to ensure that they have the necessary skills and experience to what our clients are looking for. Conducting face to face interviewing in-branch, as some clients recruit based on my recommendation. Arrange interviews for candidates where the client wishes to see them face to face and conduct Pre and Post interview feedback with the candidates. Prepare contracts, client paperwork and make offers of employment for candidates in line with UK employment legislation and ensure that work permits are valid when applicable Reference Candidates to ensure that they comply with Service Level Agreements for each individual client.
