    Smarking is a Y Combinator startup (W15) dedicated to bringing data analytics to the world of parking. With our B2B software solution, we help our clients (municipalities, real estate owners, and parking operators) aggregate all their parking data into one platform that allows a holistic view of their operations and data-driven approach to managing parking assets.As a full-stack customer success manager, I manage clients ranging from municipalities to private owners and operators across the US and Canada. I work with clients post-sales, and assist with onboarding their data into our platform and ensuring its accuracy. Upon delivery of our platform, I lead user trainings, contract renewals and upsells, and quarterly business reviews. I also proactively work with key stakeholders to understand their business goals objectives, and enable their success with our product.

    SubLite is a startup developed as a one-stop shop for college students to find summer internships, summer housing, and a summer community in any city across the country. As a developer, I designed and implemented intuitive frontend map interface using HTML/CSS/Javascript for a housing search feature used by hundreds of students looking for summer sublets. The map illustrated sublet location plus location of nearest supermarkets, restaurants, transit options, and other points of interest important to note during a housing search.I also contributed to brainstorming of features and ideas to help promote SubLite growth into new student campuses and increase the student user base to thousands of students nationwide.

    Real Food Solutions is a startup that strives to create a safe, drug-free food solution for those who suffer from nausea. Their signature product is the Anchor Nutrition Bar, rich in protein, ginger, and other vitamins that aid nausea prevention.As an Extern, I developed re-brand of Anchor Nutrition Bar logo and wrapper by working with a designer to develop mock-ups, testing designs by evaluating messaging and interviewing nutrition bar users, and using the gathered data to choose the final design.I also conducted competitive intelligence research on current nausea solutions and other nutrition bars to develop product materials and pricing in preparation for sales pitch to sporting good stores and boating companies.

    The Breaker laboratory is a biology lab at Yale dedicated to studying structured and functional RNA and DNA, especially RNA molecules known as ribozymes and riboswitches that have the ability to catalyze chemical reactions and control gene expression. As an undergraduate researcher, I conducted independent research with guidance from graduate students in studying structured elements in RNA. Using bioinformatic approaches to discover potentially new RNA molecules, I used biochemical and genetic assays to test structure and functionality of RNA molecules in vitro and in vivo. Through my work, I published a paper with members of my lab about our discoveries of new classes of self-cleaving ribozymes, RNA molecules capable of catalyzing self-cleavage.(http://www.nature.com/nchembio/journal/v11/n8/full/nchembio.1846.html)
