In collaboration with Natasha Ruwona I programmed ‘Welcome To’ (2021) and ‘What Stories Shall We Tell’ (2022).We secured the film titles, negotiated with distributors, managed the budget, and wrote copy. We produced a programme of live and digital events to accompany our strands and the industry programme; ‘Welcome To the Conversation: Where are all the Black Scottish Feature Films?’ (2021) and commissioned 5 contemporary Black creators to respond to the programme (2021). We worked with GFF to offer a discounted and free ticket code for Black and PoC audience members.
