Serving different churches in Southern Wisconsin which ranged in size for 175 to over 700 members I have worked to enable them to develop a process to envision their future and the job description for their future minister(s). My duties included supervising staff which ranged from two to seven full time as well as various part time staff members and budgets which ranged from $250,000 to $1 Million. Using collaborative strategies, we developed and implemented processes for enabling broad involvement of members and friends of the congregation in goal setting, mission definition, stewardship planning, and staff development. Each emphasized a process which was open, transparent, and inclusive. In addition, in each setting I provided worship leadership, preaching, and pastoral care, as needed. Education &
