Senior designer for Hang Lung Properties' new mixed-use development in Shenyang, China called Forum 66. Principal designer Jamie von Klemperer started the project in 2006. I worked on the project from the beginning of 2009 as an interior designer for the 81,000 sq. meter retail podium. The retail portion opened in late 2012 with 100% tenancy and to great fanfare. In late 2010, I took over as Senior Designer for the whole of the Phase I development, including a 350m tall tower. Construction on the structure had reached 61 floors and the curtain wall had been constructed to the 35thth floor when I left KPF. When I left KPF in 2014 I was designing and developing the lobby interiors and core interiors and administering the CA for the overall project with a small team.
