    Joined CBRE at the end of 2009 when selected by RREEF to provide property management services in the Pacific Northwest. I continued to provide leadership in engineering and tenant improvement projects for 1.1 million SF of Class A office properties in the Seattle area. Projects in which I have been involved include upgrades to major building controls systems, as well as participation in LEED certification project successfully bringing a class A ofice building to Gold LEED-EB status.

I handle all aspects of budgeted and emergency repairs, as well as handling all budget approvals and construction improvement buildouts for tenants.

Included is much hands on work as engineer, to managing all aspects of maintenance, upkeep and budgeting for bank branch facilities throughout Washington State. Particular expertise was in remodeling and rejuvenation of in excess of 50 bank branch locations, involving renovations in floor plan, finishes, furniture, as well as coordinating keeping branch offices operational during renovations.
