    As an expiditor I worked directly with Carmax management and Napa outside sales representative to use all resources to find products that the store needed in a cost effective and timely manner. On a daily basis would create stock orders and restock shelves. Every 60 days would evaluate stock and rotate according to usage bringing in new product as needed and create returns for returning product. As a store manager I supervised all aspects of store operations. Would set up weekly work schedules for all associates. Assigned and followed up on weekly cycle counts. Using profit and loss statements I was able to see where store opportunities and strengths were. Increased sales 8 percent each year for three years. Increased commercial sales by 13 percent and went from a one delivery truck program to a three truck program.
