• I lead and mentor a small team of industrial designers. I support the wider business with expertise on design, manufacturing, compliance and failure analysis. I also assist with collecting information from the field so that the designs can be further improved.• I designed, sourced and implemented a data logging system for road testing recreational vehicle products. This has led to improving designs and capturing a significant amount of data when road testing. I planned and conducted on and off-road vehicle testing and analysed data once testing was completed.• I have led the design of two new vehicle types for the Apollo Motorhomes rental fleet. These have been very well accepted by customers and our rental branches. I managed the whole design lifecycle from product scoping, viability analysis & concepts through to detail design and production line introduction.• I manage projects with scoping, viability analysis, costing, detailed design and manufacturing introduction.

Through my role I am involved in the whole product lifecycle from design through to production. My role requires me to find innovative solutions to complex problems. I manage projects with competing priorities to ensure on-time delivery. I am very experienced with computer aided design and analysis. My current role is the research & design of a new crane. I am responsible for the cabin and front body fabrications. I am also responsible for the pneumatic system design. I have been responsible for production line diagnostics (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems). I was required to solve problems in tight timeframes so that the production process was not delayed. I am also involved with assisting the product support department with customer problems.
