    At age 17, I started a landscaping company that paid for my brother's and my college degrees.I started the first nationwide computerized real estate multiple listing service. As president of a real estate franchisor, I doubled the number of franchisees from 18 to 36 in 18 months.I managed the largest real estate company in America with 1,800 salespeople. During my tenure, we doubled our market share in the Greater Detroit metro area while moving from 10% to 20% of all homes sold I served as a consultant to a large S&L. After four years, we moved our market share from 8% to 18% of all homes financed in southeast Michigan.I served as a consultant to an auto dealer. His personal income rose from $1 million/year to $2 million/year after my third year working with him.I created a nationally syndicated newspaper column that ran in 110 newspapers including the Dallas Morning News, The Baltimore Sun, The Detroit Free Press, The San Diego Union Tribune and many others.My wife & I started a publishing company that we ran out of our home. It was so lucrative that it paid for our six children's college degrees.I started a real estate software company that was sold to ABN AMRO, the largest bank in the Netherlands at the time of the sale.
