Primary tasks included building/maintaining financial models, providing client counterparties with daily updates on company/sector developments, and meeting with management teams of covered companies. • Developed a 3-month internship program that equips interns with the technical skills (i.e., financial analysis and modeling, valuation, market research, etc.) required for an equity analyst role. This has resulted to two interns landing full-time positions at a top 20 brokerage house. • Created a template for a daily market report to enhance Papa Securities’ visibility with clients. This has improved the Company’s overall ranking with respect to daily transaction volume.

    Deloitte Philippines (Navarro Amper & Co.) has received multiple awards from the International Tax Review as the best Transfer Pricing firm in the Philippines (2018, 2020, 2021, 2022). • Led the team that automated the transfer pricing systems of Deloitte offices across South East Asia. The automation decreased the Manila office’s report turnaround time from 3.5 weeks to 5 days and increased profits by ~US$100,000 through overhead reductions. • Mitigated the double taxation exposure of clients by preparing reports that substantiate the arm’s length nature of their intercompany transactions. • Enhanced clients’ tax efficiency through business model optimizations and restructurings.
