    This law firm went by various names as partners joined or left. I became a partner in 1983. Best described as a “general practice,” my work took on different emphases as the needs of our firm and our clients changed. Emphases included criminal defense, estate planning, bankruptcy (representing debtors, creditors, and the regional bankruptcy trustee), business counseling and litigation, employment, and personal injury litigation (for both injured parties and defendants).

    Worked with a nine member elected city council to lead and manage a small Wyoming City with a multimillion dollar budget. The community had no city manager; department heads reported directly to the mayor. This was an elected, part-time position; I practiced law during these years, as well.
