      Worked within a new regional waterfront development to manage a wide variety of Recreation programs and events for all ages and backgrounds to attract people who live, work or who are visiting the Greater Hartford area. Managed programs such as the Riverfront Community Rowing Program, During my time as the Manager of Riverfront Community Rowing Program I was able to give students from all three Hartford Public high schools the opportunity to get involved in the sport which in turn turned into a competitive club sport for the participants.
