    Worked within a new regional waterfront development to manage a wide variety of Recreation programs and events for all ages and backgrounds to attract people who live, work or who are visiting the Greater Hartford area. Managed programs such as the Riverfront Community Rowing Program, During my time as the Manager of Riverfront Community Rowing Program I was able to give students from all three Hartford Public high schools the opportunity to get involved in the sport which in turn turned into a competitive club sport for the participants. The program was growing at such a fast pace it gave the organization the good fortune to start a capital campaign for a 2.5 million dollar boathouse which came to fruition in the summer of 2002. The Riverfront Adventure Program, which started on a small challenge course located in a small piece of wooded land within Riverside Park that was located in the flood plain. Do to a major increase in interest in the program I was able to raise the funding to build a much larger challenge course out of the flood plain which gave of the opportunity to greatly extend our season and accommodate more participants at any given time. Included in the programming I was responsible for was an urban fishing program called "Reeling In Kids". I created the Vanguard learn to sail program for urban youth, The Head of the Riverfront Rowing Regatta, and the Kick-It 3 v 3 Soccer Tournament and assisted in the creation of local, regional and national sporting events such as Dragon Boat Races,Hi-Tec Adventure Race, FLW Million Dollar Bass Tournament,
