• Serve as the lead development officer for a 33-member fundraising team responsible for all front-line and back-office operations across seven academic colleges, six centers and institutes, and 19 NCAA Division I programs.• Year over year achieved new record highs for total dollars raised inclusive of FY20 by focusing resources on high yield activities as well as innovations in prospect qualification and discovery.• Partnered with Deans and key university leadership to identify funding priorities, built case statements, and secured volunteer campaign leadership to plan, launch, close and celebrate the largest campaign in Towson University history. Completed in June 2023, the RISE campaign achieved 102% of goal and more than doubled prior campaign results. • Other campaign outcomes include a 30% increase in endowed scholarships, a 400% increase in deferred gifts, 29,000 new first-time donors or triple this same value from prior years and improving donor retention rates by seven points. Enhanced major and principal gift strategies through data mining and pattern recognition. • Through cross campus partnerships with Deans, Divisional Vice Presidents, and Program Directors, augmented solicitations with an expanded focus on transformational gifts resulted in doubling TU's support at this level including the university's largest gifts from most constituencies including alumni, alumnae, employees, retirees, corporations, and foundations.

• Recruited by key leadership to serve as executive leader of an eight-member team covering annual and capital giving, constituent engagement, and external relations. • Served as the lead for Loyola’s $27M Ignite comprehensive campaign, the largest campaign in the history of the school.
