    This role required an exceptional level of autonomy. I was the first person in the role at AA Insurance (AAI). I was 'headhunted' for it while I was in the induction phase for a different role. Because of the absence of a predecessor, and because I reported to the Workforce Planning Manager, I had little support and had to develop all processes, protocols and knowledge from scratch, something I found that I was well suited for and more importantly, enjoyed immensely.
