Similarly, all of the rarely used and high-value implants/stents are covered through consignment contracts.* Initiated contingency plans to minimize supply chain risks wherever applicable.* Ensures all major equipment purchase decisions for the hospital are covered through Return on Investment analysis.* Responsible for resolving conflicts through intelligent negotiation skills with both internal (management, physicians, patients, etc) and external stakeholders (vendors, service providers, etc). * Provides monthly and annual MMD performance reports, Benchmark prices, Cost modelling reports, etc to the hospital executive board.
